Applying to Tetrix

There are 3 stages of our hiring process: application, assessment and decision.

Application: To apply, you send us your CV and any other supporting information (cover letter, portfolio, website links, etc) and we use that data to determine which candidates we should invite for assessment. At this stage we’re looking to see if you have relevant experience, a passion for blockchain technology, open-source software and cryptocurrencies and align with our principles.

Assessment: If we determine there’s a good match, we’ll invite you to have an initial interivew. In the first initial call we’ll be looking to understand your background, skills, interests & motivation for joining Tetrix. We’ll also share more about life at Tetrix, answer any questions you have and describe the recruiting process in detail. If successful, from here you’ll start to meet more contributors to Tetrix via either interviews or assessments (depending on the role we’ll trying to fill).

Decision: At this point, we’ll make a decision on whether we believe you’d be the right fit for Tetrix - we take into account all the information gathered from your application and assessment stages. If successful, we’ll make you an offer to join the team. We’ll offer you a salary (in a mix of fiat and crypto) as well as a Contributor Bonus that will be paid in Tetrix Network Tokens (TET). Depending on the role, your location and your preference we’re open to hiring employees, contractors or freelancers.

Technical

Blockchain Engineer

Job Description:

We’re looking for qualified engineers with experience in building smart contract applications running on the Ethereum and Binance mainnets and having a strong information foundation of the Hyperledger fabric protocol.

Job Requirements:

• Developing, designing, and writing secure smart contracts that will pass audit

• Deep understanding of EVM

• Strong knowledge of Solidity

• Experience with at least one Solidity testing environment (Truffle, Dapptools)

• Experience with auditing of smart contracts

• At least 3 years of experience as a Software Engineer

• At least 3 years of experience as a front-end, fullstack, or backend developer (React, Node.JS, Typescript, Javascript)

• Experience with developing, deploying, and running Dapps/smart contracts in production

• Proactive, positive, and independent

Non-technical

Digital Marketing Associate

Job Description:

Work in association with the digital marketing team and other members of the organization towards developing and improving on the company’s digital marketing programs. Build and implement viable digital marketing strategies
for the company. Utilize the various online tools to promote company’s online image and brand. Understand the concept of search engine optimization (SEO). Assess the various online campaigns of the company to understand how to improve
such and therefore improve on the company’s profitability.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in communication, marketing, or other related field

• Possesses good understanding of social media analytics

• Ability to complete tasks and responsibilities independently with limited or no supervision at all

• Ability to communicate clearly in English and Filipino

• Possesses top class Internet proficiency

• Basic understanding of blockchain technology and cryptocurrency is a plus

• Ability to deliver top quality jobs consistently and on-time

• Ability to multitask and prioritize duties

• Experience in running social media ads

• At least one year in-depth experience in social media and/or digital marketing
